Dear Mother Earth, Sorry for these Disposable Paper Cups

I love coffee. May it be a simple brew or instant. I just love it.

On busy and stressful days, a cup of coffee would lighten me up. Good thing we get it free at the office. It saddens me a bit tough that every time we get coffee from the vendo, it will dispense a cup. I have my own mug! And I don't need another disposable cup! (Thanks mom for the casino mug, you forgot to remove the price tag. I know it's $19.99 and you bought it from Las Vegas... Sige na!)

I know this pricey vendo piece is automated and advanced compared with our older one. But it's an impractical and non-eco-friendly piece! I understand, they are paper cups you are dispensing, but really, not every body needs them.I am always imagining how many paper cups are wasted every day when we get coffee from that machine since most of us would just transfer the liquid into our own mugs then we'll have to throw the cup away.

I know they'll laugh at me again. They'll say it's one of my usual pieces about saving Mother Earth. But hey hey guys, don't you think it's time to get at least a little serious about global warming and stuff like that? You'll say again that that little plastic or paper cup has little implication to the atmosphere or to my mother earth. But hey again, just imagine how many you's think like that?

How I wish they'll bring the older [uncle]coffee dispenser back. That uncle is a friendlier one. The only drawback is that you'd really have to bring your own mug, but that's okay. Just imagine how many paper cups they'll be saving in a week?

This makes me think. How about joining the chat session regarding the office facilities next week? Hmmmm...
